Membership

Personal membership, subscription membership and corporate membership automatically extend for another year if they were not canceled in writing at least 10 days before the expiration of the membership. For paid memberships billing is done one year (12 months) in advance. The membership is validated and begins with the payment of the membership fee.

Users/buyers of outsourcing services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland can apply for a personal membership, while individuals from other organisations, specifically those with a commercial interest can enroll for a subscription membership. Both of these personal memberships are free of charge at the recent conditions, are valid for one year (12 months) and renew automatically if they are not canceled at least 10 days prior to the end of the one year term.

Neither free, nor corporate memberships can be transferred to third parties. Personal membership also cannot be transferred to any corporate entity. Members and subscribers are obliged to keep their login data securely, not allowing access to any untitled persons.

After signing-in digital contents can be downloaded directly online, inspected, and stored by registered users.

Conditions and services included in the memberships can change any time for new memberships, while ongoing memberships sustain their conditions and services offered at the time of subscription.

Late payment

Any overdue payment regarding any fees exceeding 30 days will be imposed 40 Euros additional fee for the late payment. 30 day starts on the next day after the date specified as payment deadline on the invoice.
