In case of emerging markets the availability of reliable data is insufficient.

This is hindering clients and investors to access those markets and benefit from the local conditions and opportunities for ICT services delivery.
The markets appear intransparent, indicating lower investment security and seem unpredictable to potential clients.

Further international support organisations benefit too from more transparency in the ICT sectors when developing programs and seeking for effective measures to support governments, sector associations, public-private programs as well as the private sector.

With this study we aim to create more trust in ICT Africa by providing more accurate insights and a business focussed analysis of the conditions and the opportunities in ICT for clients and investors.
