The market is characterized by a high concentration of software development, IT services, nearshoring, and shared service centers, supported by competitive labor costs relative to Western Europe and a multilingual, technically skilled workforce.

We want to create more transparency for your prospects in Germany and other European / global markets by generating market data and insights that help to demonstrate Portugal’s ICT capabilities.

This is an initiative of the Portuguese and German ICT sectors to foster collaborations between the countries in ICT. The study will be available for free download.
